Spring 2010 will see the launch of a new innovative and exquisite collection by Carrie. There are a variety of different styles to suit all tastes, a must have for any jewellery box. The popular rainbow theme has been continued for Spring with the introduction of three new rainbow ranges; Glass Rocks, Flowers and Ceramic Dots. Also being launched are two exclusive additions to Opulence, Carrie’s best-selling limited edition collection.

15/01/10The Greats Finalist for ‘Best Service to Independent Retailers’ 2010

Carrie Elspeth is delighted to announce that Progressive Gifts and Home magazine has short-listed the company for a customer service award at ‘The Greats’ this year. Held in May at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London, The Greats is an annual event which celebrates British retail, and it has become one of the most influential award ceremonies in the industry. Nominated for ‘Best Service to Independent Retailers’, this is a particularly prestigious nod of recognition because the award is voted for by the retailers themselves. This is the second time Carrie Elspeth has achieved this nomination, an incredible accolade considering that the company is competing against much bigger organisations with arguably larger customer bases. Carrie says: “this nomination means so much to us. Customer Service has always been a priority for me, and it has remained of paramount importance as the company has grown. Receiving this vote of confidence from our customers is such a boost of confidence for the whole Team!”. For the third year running, Carrie is sponsoring the category of ‘Best Jewellery Retailer’, to show support for the independent retail industry which has played a big part in the growth of her company.
