We are a family-run business which has been operating in South Wales since 1999, and are very proud that all of our jewellery is still beautifully handmade here by a local team of outworkers.
In the Carrie Elspeth studio there are 12 full and part time staff and we are all completely bonkers about beads!
Our number one priority is customer service and the whole team is dedicated to the friendly, efficient approach and locally-made ethics that were at the heart of Carrie’s business plan 15 years ago. If you have any questions or comments the helpful team will be delighted to assist you.
